Add CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md for Community Guidelines

I noticed that the repository currently does not include a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file.

I would like to add a Contributor Covenant-based Code of Conduct to establish clear community standards, contributor expectations, and enforcement guidelines. This will help create a more welcoming and professional environment for both existing and future contributors.

If approved, I will:

• Add a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file at the repository root.
• Follow widely adopted open-source community standards.
• Keep the document aligned with the project's existing contribution guidelines and documentation style.
