How to apply the patch?

1. How do I apply the patch? Do I just need to replace files with those in the patch?
2. Do I need to recompile the torch after applying the patch?

The build process of torch is here in the "commands" section https://github.com/feuler/gh200-drone-builds/blob/v2.5.1/pytorch/.drone.yml

In line 39 + 40 the patch is applied.
