Convert C4 diagrams to Structurizr DSL files

Description

The C4 diagrams that were designed can be written in code and exported to image files using https://structurizr.com/dsl. By writing the diagrams in code, we can keep track of them in source control. Writing these diagrmas in code makes maintaining them more easily, because it's more abstract than creating/editing the elements in tools like Diagrams.net. Since it's more similar to code, developers will likely find it more similar to their existing programming activites. Finding the differences between two images requires more focus and attention from developers as well, but seeing the difference in code is much more focussed.
