When a new build is completed by the ["Build and Release" Action](https://github.com/fhoedemakers/PicoSystemInfoNesLoader/blob/master/.github/workflows/dotnet.yml), the generated zip file must be added to the latest release of https://github.com/fhoedemakers/PicoSystem_InfoNes/releases/latest
