Automatically open sites tab to the required site when player is prompted to submit evidence from stites tab

When the player is in argumentation, we currently default to the "species" tab.
For argument prompts that require data of a type that is found in the sites tab, we should directly open the player's AQOS to the sites tab, for the specific site they're being prompted for.

Justification: the challenge here is not supposed to be navigating the UI, but picking the right data about the given site.

This looks good, though I noticed one minor inconsistency:

Usually, when the job-giver references a specific species, AQOS opens to the referenced species. But sometimes, it opens to a different species containing the same fact. e.g. Mom asked about behaviors related to Bull Kelp, and AQOS auto-opened to Urchin. This contains the correct fact (Urchin eats Bull Kelp), but it was a little odd to go to the other species.

I don't have an opinion on whether this is a show-stopper that needs fixing, just wanted to bring it up for discussion.
