[feature] support front gui

Describe the solution you'd like

1. use wails? maybe the best choice, use native golang grpc and front end gui to just select files is good

Describe alternatives you've considered

1. use native react grpc, but it would cost a lot on traffic?
2. use tauri? but it needs rewrite logics of client side

1. generic function of commands should be extracted
2. make client and server be separated in two files
3. update pack scripts to pack client and server parts, for linux and windows pack different GOOS and GOARCH

webui uploaded, now is how to integrate these commands together
