A few questions when using

1.How can I stop the process?
In original FDS I create a .stop file in the folder where the running .fds is. What about doing it in Blender?

2.How can I disable this add-on?
After installing this addon, Everytime I open Blender, it always show up FDS cube and domain as default. Even I uninstall it at the preferences then reinstall my Blender it still show up.

This is a very good idea. I am going to implement it. I am happy to know you are using this feature and that it is useful to you.

Just restore the default Blender settings. https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/getting_started/configuration/defaults.html#:~:text=Loading%20Factory%20Settings,-You%20can%20revert&text=Startup%20File%20%26%20Preferences,Defaults%20%E2%80%A3%20Load%20Factory%20Settings . Anyway the Blender App api is maturing. In one of the next releases I am going to port the addon to this new approach, and the settings will be less hackish. May I ask you for statistics where you work and what are your BlenderFDS use cases? Best, Emanuele
