i cannot reproduce this. what other addons are you using where you need to "shift click" to see their class? also is it same faction or opposite faction?

unfortunately i can't reproduce this so i'm not sure how your settings differ from mine. i assume you have since downloaded the latest versions of both elvui & ignorelevel. i've also heard of this happening on ElvUI + WIM combination
