Subject: [PATCH] Bump ezvpn native DLL to 0.0.44

ezvpn v0.0.44 moves the iroh fork onto upstream v1.1.0 (noq 1.2.0); the fork still carries the transport-backpressure fix noq needs. Also point verify-ezvpn-commit's default ref at the v0.0.44 merge commit.
