Create a guide on How to use Freertos plugin in vscode for MCU Firmware debugging

When i saw a open issue and labeled as a Help wanted, i looked for setting a up a environment for that. Many developers who has worked on similar technology might not be able to help if they can not set up environment.

I feel there should be a guide on setting up the environment for MCU Firmware.
