Removing hover effects to reduce animation like:

1. Making the border dashed around the preview when moused over (suggesting to keep it as a static filled border line).
2. Removing the on mouse opacity change of the eye icon to be consistent with the other simple anchor link button (suggesting to keep it static, in full opacity).
