There is no custom REPL than can compile either to java or CLR

Problem

In order to be able to debug and have a good workflow, we want to be able to start a REPL that will work either with the classic JAVA compiler or the CLR.

Suggestion

Taking inspiration from babashka, we need to have a nREPL that compiles and eval to CLR.

nREPL for CLR is already being develop.

I will try to make it work on my machine with a dummy project first.

Progress

I did not succeed to launch the CLR nREPL as the project is not finished and not documented.

The lein-clr plugin to build lein clr project is quite convenient.

I can compile the clr.tool.nrepl using lein-clr but the tests are failing with segv error and there is no main so far that is required by lein-clr to run.

Only 2 files can be compiled to dll so far, the others (incluing cnrepl.core.clj) don't compile.

There is no way to start a nrepl server so far using this library (there is no port of the server part of nrepl/nrepl yet, it should be added soon by David Miller.

The new release of clojureCLR is due soon and will allow us to use dotnet (net 5.0) to build/run clr.tools.nrepl.
