need a way to discard all payload data from a PCAP and only retain the header information.
this is for security purposes where troubleshooting is required, but customer payload data can bee seen / sent by the technician. Need a way to drop all potential payload data, e.g. TCP/UDP its clear but not sure what to do about other non standard protocols.
