FR: Put logs in a proper folder, not in ~/Documents

The Documentation folder should belong to the user. Instead put log files somewhere like:

~/Library/Logs/

~/Library/Logs//

~/Library/Application Support//

@damywise Is there a way to disable log generation if they can't currently be moved to a different location?
