Step id and responder uuid

Can we get additional data being sent in the React embed callbacks like step id in the step loaded/completed events and responder uuid in all of the callbacks?

@mikecousins thanks for opening issue! We're gonna add stepId to StepLoaded/Completed events and responderUuid in responder field of event payloads.
