Subject: [PATCH] site: show Warpline in the SEI dossier demo (was charter, not
 warpline)

The hero/dossier enrichment-chip sample listed charter (planned, unavailable)
but omitted Warpline (the live 5th member). Add a warpline 'present' chip,
matching lacuna's already-corrected hero. Keeps charter as the 'unavailable'
honesty example.
