Cross-Chain Functionality for TLN

Hey guys I thought a bit about the project and had some questions.
Currently the code only supports ETH <-> TLC swaps.
In the future it may also be interesting to support TLC <-> TLN swaps.
If you want, I can implement this.

That is the initial idea anyway. We just took this contracts as a starting point. It might be also interesting to make it exchangeable for all ERC20 Tokens (which includes TLN)
