This project has a new home and a new name

As promised about 2 weeks ago, this repository is being deprecated in favor of a new one. For why, read the previous announcement.

The continuation project is called 'geoip-shell'. It implements all features of 'geoblocker-bash', plus support for nftables, improved support for running on a router, and a ton of other improvements and new features. Check it out here:
