Failed to compile utils.cu

Hi, you did a really excellent work and I want to run the code in my computer but errors appeared. When I compile the utils.cu, there are many errors and I do not find the "equation_construction" and "jacobian_construction" in the utils.cu used in ba.py. Hi @ground-truth :
For this compiling issue I have removed some experimental code from the utils.cu.
I should be able to be compiled for now.
I will keep updating the code.
