Change stripboard layout

Change the current stripboard layout so that it can be used for the new pin usages.

I've made new stripboard layout for the Shrimp (incl. USBaspLoader-components) and 2 new ShrimpKey-shield layouts (without USBaspLoader-components), one for 10M resistors and one for 22M resistors.
