Due to current request: It would be awesome if odie could enable punching holes into current print job on demand.

Should be doable, but in order to implement this, I think I'd like to rewrite the print helper first and refactor its horrendous cmdline interface. During that we can add support for arbitrary lp options (for future reference: -o RIPunch=LeftEU2).
