Adding documents to the cart would add a single item for the selected lecture (the 'primary lecture' in fsmi/odie-server#11) showing some simple info like (written/oral) document count and summed print price. Selecting the lecture would open the lecture's complete document list, with documents in the cart marked as usual.
- reduces redundancy between document list and cart view
- need some way to both select and deselect items in the same list (xor ftw?)
