Authentication for Remote Control

We need some kind of authentication, e.g. auth with gmail or simply username/password.

a rough schema about how it will work:

Android->Google: get access token for GCS (OAuth2 implicit)
Google->Android: access token
Android->GCE: read file: "user@gmail.com"
note over GCE: the file contains secret_key\nand access_mode
GCE->Android: file contents
Android->Rover: command, "user@gmail.com", SHA1(secret_key)
