ThreadMesh has resolved its normative M0 blockers and is seeking two independent reviews before declaring the draft implementable without undocumented assumptions. We especially want: (1) distributed-systems review of idempotency, crash windows, CAS, replay, expiry and lifecycle; and (2) agent/harness-safety review of authority, provenance, context sovereignty, partial cancellation and verifier trust. At least one reviewer must be outside the fyaic organization. The review target, 30–60 minute reading path, exact reproduction commands, known limitations, and submission template are here: https://github.com/fyaic/threadmesh/blob/main/docs/09-reviews/m0-external-reviewer-packet.md . Please submit findings on issue #7 or by PR. Internal AI-agent reviews do not count toward this external gate, and approval is for the documented pre-alpha boundary—not production deployment.
