Problems building the solution

How to exactly build the solution using Visual Studio? I get a lot of errors about missing header files etc.

@gpeipman, it looks like your change to the AdditionalIncludeDirectories in #3 would fix the problem with missing header files.

Yes, issue is solved and on Windows 7 and Visual Studio 2012 it builds okay now.
