Site Editor Wont load

I was seeing thing to make my games page look better and see the site settings seeing what it does I mess with it but when I click the "Customize Theme" button it takes me to the page, but it will not load and says "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" I dont know how to fix it. Thank you if someone can help me get it to work.
