custome theme does not apply automatically on start up

I enabled custom theme, the theme however does not applied automatically on start up. I need to disable and enable each time on start up.

Obsidian version. flatpak on linux, 1.13.4.
Plugin version. 1.7.24

Is it just me, or everyone also have this issue.
