Package schemas for offline use (e.g. maven jars)

@garethr I remember a discussion in some other repository about this. My colleague @hrishin is working on it for maven packages. What would be a good place to host the changes? Should we open PRs against this repo?

Hah! Found the other issue.

@pradeepto looks like you found the discussion. I'd say adding packages to this and the kubernetes-json-schema repo would work. We can trigger building and pushing them to Central using Travis. I'm happy to wire that up once we have something working.
