Description
This code base is forked from an existing Modin code base managed by Berkeley. In order to keep our code up-to-date and to minimize code changes during any merges, it is important to rebase SAIL's Modin codebase frequently. This issue seeks to have a detailed document containing information on what branches to use and the method to rebase the code.
