settings page, can't delete "Excluded pages" URL's ??

i entered a URL to exclude smooth scrolling on that page.

the URL shows up in the list below, and indeed the smooth scrolling is disabled for the URL, but there's no way to DELETE that entry if i change my mind later ??

In the extension settings page, the "X" at the end of the URL is clickable, it briefly turns into a TICK, but then after a second reverts back to an "X"

So it seems once you input a URL to disable the extension on, you can't revert it, you're stuck with that choice ??
