Does this package require any permissions on either platform?

It doesn't seem like it from the docs and the ios / android folders, but I wanted to confirm. Got pretty far into adding react-native-capture-protection before I realized it requests a bunch of excessive permissions on Android 🥲

Nope, of course no permissions are required. You only need to declare the activity inside AndroidManifest.xml described in the doc here, or you can use resgiterWithoutEffect if you don't like to do it.

Beside, I'm focusing on upgrade to New Architecture and bug fixing, released at 1.0.8-beta1, give it a try!

Hi @bryce-mcmath, starting from v1.0.8, declaration of the screenguard activity for Android is no longer required.

You just simply install and run.
