Is your feature request related to a problem?
Yes. I am working with Dexcom G7 CGM data exported from Clarity, and AGATA is currently unable to properly process these files.
Although the software accepts the original Dexcom CSV format, it does not extract valid glucose data or generate metrics/AGP outputs. This seems to be due to differences in the structure of Dexcom G7 exports compared to previous versions (e.g., G6), including changes in column names, event labeling, and data formatting.
As a result, AGATA either returns empty results or fails to compute meaningful outputs when using G7 data.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like AGATA to support Dexcom G7 CSV exports directly.
