Ok，after you login in the PEMS system

1. You could select specific city or highway at ① and get the vds id you want.
2. Next, you type the vds at ② to get traffic flows, speeds and traffic flows and speeds data
3. You select event-> CHP incidents at ③ to get accidents data on every highway
