Add support for rpi-swap

On Raspberry Pi OS 13, dphys-swap has been replaced by rpi-swap. Maybe the script needs to be adapted for it?

It still uses the same swap file path AFAICT

It should be fairly trivial to support this, after all. With some limitations, regarding the file to look for, though since one can use swap.conf.d/ for overrides. I'll try to have a look after my current PRs are addressed to prevent conflicts.
