Customise extend model

Hi!

Is it possible to display the model (see photo) as a rectangle rather than a square? The points are all roughly aligned, and I would like to display the model in a line (with a little slack along the edges).

Also, the legend is currently displayed entirely on the side, which means that not all names are fully visible on screen. I cannot immediately find how to change this in Pyvista. Is this possible?
