Flutterwave webhook received but no payment record created

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'cutomer'
2. Click on '.Genrate payment link..'
3. Make a test payment
4. Invoice remains pending

Expected behavior
The webhook should create a new payment record

pls any guidiance on this will be well appreciated
