Support for Xbox

Sentry has support for Xbox Series X and S through sentry-native but not yet through this SDK (Unity package).

We're tracking demand for adding this support through this package.
In addition, please let us know if you're interested in Xbox One support.

Draft on what we'd need to do to get this working #2068
This includes:

• Targeting Xbox results in UNITY_64 resolving to false, causing the native integration to get skipped
• We're going to need to resolve the RuntimePlatform and BuildTargetGroup manually, since they are not available without the package.
• AnalyticsSessionInfo.userId; is not available on the Xbox. We could create our own (and do that for all platforms) like we do in any other .NET environment.
• We're not able to fetch the operating system from within Unity, always resolving to Windows. But the native SDK is able to do so. Instead of propagating the context down, we could fetch it from there instead.
