git upstream (tracking branch) missing

Since gh stack doesn't look like it sets the tracking branch, tools like posh-git don't function correctly. Specifically they can't show me how my local branch compares to the remote as far as commits only locally, only remotely, etc. This is despite me setting push.autosetupremote=true globally.

I send this, when doing gh stack push it would be nice if each branch was setup to track its upstream.
