I made a note and wrote in it, but when asking a colleague to look at the note on his screen it was not there. I learned that you have to publish the note before it becomes available. The reason why I did not try publishing it earlier is that I was under the impression that publish meant make it publically available on the internet. Or maybe Publish could be renamed to Share?
