Fix ESLint

#79 bumped ESLint to 10.0.0, which looks to have broke linting the frontend in CI. We should fix this.

#94 has pinned ESLint to v9, keeping this open to track getting it unpinned and updated to the latest version.

It is, but we will likely be reworking the visualizer sometime soon, so this may end up being closed then.
