Update to Cloudflare API V4

Is anyone working on updating this code to support the newer API at Cloudflare? Happy to look into it but don't want to duplicate effort.

I've upgraded the cloudflare API to v4 in my fork of this module here: https://github.com/thavelick/capistrano-cloudflare

I bumped the version of the module up to 2.0 there because it won't work with the old configuration (the v1 api takes a domain name, where the v4 api takes a zone identifier).

I'm happy create a pull request for this update, but gofullstack seems to have abandoned this project.

Hey @thavelick i might be able to help you out. I don't work at gofullstack, I just happen to be the guy who updated this to the v3 api. I think they gave me the permissions to get stuff merged and published. I'll take a look at your stuff once I have time outside of work.

but it seems the build fails trying to install ruby_dep I'm not sure what that is, but will look into fixing it up sometime this week
