ARM Mac image building failed

I used the MAC M4 chip and built the image using the command docker buildx build --platform linux/amd64 -t android-emulator:latest . However, it got stuck at the => => # Downloading opencv-python stage. I also tried using github action to build the amd64 image but it also failed. here is logs.

The next issue is:

And after quickly going through similar issues I do not think its easily (not a very painful amount of work) fixable to run it properly on Mac. Also as heads up: changing the architecture to linux/arm64/v8 breaks the image creation process as "emulator" can't be found.

@Jeffjeno can you try with the dockerfile I've pasted above? It solves the issues of slow image building and then in Ubuntu you shouldn't have problems with emulator missing.
