Add screen-torch mode for front camera during video capture

When the flash mode is set to on (or auto) on the front camera, then we should have some kind of illumination from the screen when the device doesn't have a front-flash unit.

This could be in the form of screen flash, where we brighten the screen and make some (or all) of the screen white.
