Inline Server Verifier #1216
Description
core/client currently operates as if it was the end client of the keyserver and consumes proofs.
It would be nice to have a client that both verified proofs and passed them on.
This is useful for generating test vectors as well as for checking the results of the keyserver before returning them to end clients.
