Sage 9.2.10 terrible "spinning wheel" lag problems #498

I've had Sage 9.2.6 running well on a Win11 PC for the last year; Server on one Win11 PC, Clients on two other Win11 PCs, GigE wired network. Running with two HDHomeRun Flex 4Ks (2 x 4-tuners). Few problems, and seldom "spinning wheel" lag.

I recently upgraded all instances of Sage to 9.2.10 to deal with a Scheduled Direct issue reported elsewhere. Along with requesting SD to un-block my WAN IP (they did, schedule updates working fine).

But not I'm having a terrible problem with "spinning wheel" lag. And not just went I try to do something on a Client, but even when I simply launch the Client. Sometimes I've had to resort to TaskManager-killing the Client to stop the problem since it never ends on its own.

I've been trying to determine if this correlates with anything, e.g. if it mostly does it if the Sage Server is recording something when I try to use a Client. I don't have any firm conclusions, but I continue to try to run this way, only launching a Client and/or viewing a program when I believe the Server isn't recording.
