Android 16 / One UI 7 shows 12-hour timestamps even when system is set to 24-hour

Great app, thanks. One issue I am having...
On Samsung devices running Android 16 / One UI 7, the Gotify Android app always seems to display notification timestamps in 12-hour format (e.g., “2:37 PM”), even when the system Settings → System → Date & Time → Use 24-hour format toggle is enabled.

This appears to be related to how the app determines the time format

For me with Android 16 / GrapheneOS it does work fine.

This app uses a default https://developer.android.com/reference/android/text/format/DateUtils#getRelativeTimeSpanString(android.content.Context,%20long,%20boolean) utility from android for getting the relative time span, so I'd say this is a bug with One UI / Samsung.
