FEAT: Create Boilerplate for Next.js

What we want:

We want to have a boilerplate for NextJS so that developers out there can just git clone the repositories.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Basic Landing Page with MYDS as the base component
• Mobile Responsive
• Google Lighthouse report show get 100% compability / accessibility
• Basic Pages like Landing, Login Pages, and Dashboard
• Should have deploy to Vercel (?)
• Documentation on how to use the Boilerplate
