GVec error: invalid index: 10

Hi,

I used stringtie v2.2.1 to process the sam files generated by hisat2. However, it encountered one problem with one of the samples. And the error informations shown as the following:

Errors like these in v2 releases (and even early v3) were largely addressed in the latest v3.0.3 version - could you please try the last version on your data to check if the error is still present? We could only reasonably investigate errors that can be reproduced with the latest version of the program.

Thank you, it's fixed! Sorry, it's my bad that I didn't pay attention to the latest release version. I thought the one using git clone was the latest version, lol. Thanks again!
