Artifact tracking

Hello,
Thank you for Trackio, it’s a great tool.

Is artifact tracking on the roadmap? It would be an amazing addition and would cover the rest of our experiment tracking needs.

The methods that could be covered first:

• wandb.Artifact + add_file / add_dir / add_reference
• run.log_artifact / run.use_artifact

Hi @adrien-grl apologies for the late reply. We do have trackio.save() to save files/paths. Does this work for you?

Hi @abidlabs thank you for the answer!
We would need something a bit more elaborate with artifact lineage (so declare a dependency with use_artifact and save an artifact with log_artifact would be the minimal functionalities we need).

Did you have something similar in mind for the roadmap?
