Make small cnot test count

Make small test that ensure 3 cuts are available for a given cnot. aka it's made of 3 hyperedges and not just one. one for each I and one for the comp

might just be two from the gate itself and one from the initialisation (that also works). I do expect this to be the case, but it could be a nice simple test
